This Privacy Policy describes how AI Jesus Bro ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use Axon ("Service").
By using Axon, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
AI Training Policy
We do not use your proprietary business data, chat logs, or GHL data to train our foundational AI models. Your conversations remain private and are not used to improve AI capabilities for other users.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: Name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash, never plain text)
- Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full card details on our servers.
- API Credentials: GoHighLevel API tokens you provide to connect your account (encrypted at rest)
- Chat History: Messages you send to Axon and AI-generated responses
- Support Communications: Emails or messages you send to our support team
- Branding Information: Logos, colors, and custom settings (for White Label customers)
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Features used, actions taken, timestamps, session duration
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution
- Network Information: IP address, approximate location (country/region level)
- Error and Performance Data: Error logs, latency metrics, crash reports
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- GoHighLevel: Data from your GHL account that you access through Axon (contacts, opportunities, calendar data, etc.). This data is accessed on your behalf using credentials you provide.
- Stripe: Payment status, subscription status, billing history

4. AI and Your Data
4.1 How AI Processes Your Data
When you use Axon, your messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for processing. This is necessary to generate responses and execute your requests. Anthropic processes this data according to their privacy policy and data processing agreements.
4.2 AI Training Opt-Out
- Your Data: We do NOT use your proprietary business data, chat conversations, or GHL data to train AI models.
- Anonymized Improvement: We may use anonymized, aggregated usage patterns (not your actual content) to improve system safety, reliability, and user experience.
- Anthropic's Policies: Anthropic has committed to not training on API customer data. See their privacy policy for details.

6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS 1.3

- Password Security: Passwords hashed using PBKDF2 with 500,000+ iterations
- API Token Security: GHL tokens encrypted at rest, never logged in plain text
- Infrastructure: Hosted on Cloudflare's secure, SOC 2 compliant edge network
- Access Controls: Strict internal access controls and audit logging
- Tenant Isolation: Each customer's data is logically isolated using Durable Objects
While we take extensive measures to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to promptly notifying affected users in the event of a data breach.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format

Axon uses minimal tracking technologies:
- Authentication: Session tokens stored in browser localStorage (not cookies)
- Essential Cookies: Cloudflare may set security-related cookies for bot protection
- No Third-Party Tracking: We do NOT use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tracking tools
- No Advertising: We do NOT serve ads or use advertising trackers
- No Cross-Site Tracking: We do NOT track your activity on other websites
9. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. When transferring data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with service providers
- Data Processing Agreements with all sub-processors
- Compliance with applicable data protection frameworks
10. Children's Privacy
Axon is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
