These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Axon, an AI-powered assistant for GoHighLevel ("Service"), operated by AI Jesus Bro ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using Axon, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Important AI Disclosure

Axon is an Artificial Intelligence system. It produces content based on probabilities and data patterns, not professional judgment. Axon can make mistakes. You are responsible for verifying all facts, data, compliance matters, and strategic advice before taking action. Axon is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, tax, or medical advice.

1. Service Description

Axon is an AI assistant that connects to your GoHighLevel (GHL) account via API credentials you provide. The Service uses large language model (LLM) technology to interpret natural language commands and execute actions in your GHL account.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
One account per person or business entity. Account sharing is not permitted.

4. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer (GoHighLevel)

AXON INTEGRATES WITH GOHIGHLEVEL ("GHL"). WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH, ENDORSED BY, OR PARTNERED WITH HIGHLEVEL INC. OR GOHIGHLEVEL. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR GHL'S UPTIME, API AVAILABILITY, API CHANGES, DATA HANDLING PRACTICES, OR SERVICE QUALITY. YOUR USE OF GHL IS GOVERNED BY YOUR SEPARATE AGREEMENT WITH GHL.

You are solely responsible for the GHL API credentials you provide to Axon.
By providing API credentials, you authorize Axon to access and perform actions in your GHL account on your behalf.
We are not responsible for any issues, data loss, unintended actions, or consequences resulting from actions taken in your GHL account.
You must comply with GoHighLevel's Terms of Service when using Axon.
API tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not store your GHL passwords.

5. AI-Generated Content and Limitations

5.1 Accuracy Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE POWERED BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE "LARGE LANGUAGE MODELS." THESE MODELS ARE PROBABILISTIC AND MAY PRODUCE INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, MISLEADING, OR BIASED CONTENT ("HALLUCINATIONS"). WE MAKE NO WARRANTY AS TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUT. YOU ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR EVALUATING AND VERIFYING ALL OUTPUT BEFORE USE OR RELIANCE.

5.2 No Professional Advice

AXON IS NOT A LAW FIRM, FINANCIAL ADVISOR, TAX PROFESSIONAL, OR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER. ANY OUTPUT RELATING TO LEGAL, FINANCIAL, TAX, COMPLIANCE, OR MEDICAL MATTERS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. DO NOT RELY ON AXON FOR LEGAL COMPLIANCE, FINANCIAL DECISIONS, TAX FILINGS, OR MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS. ALWAYS CONSULT QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS FOR SUCH MATTERS.

5.3 Your Responsibilities

You must verify all AI outputs before relying on them for any business decision.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving any actions Axon takes in your GHL account.
You acknowledge that AI can produce incorrect, outdated, or inappropriate responses.
You agree not to hold us liable for any damages resulting from AI-generated content or automated actions.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Axon to:

Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or engage in harassment.
Conduct automated marketing campaigns without proper consent (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL compliance is your responsibility).
Attempt to access other users' accounts, data, or systems.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract system prompts, model weights, or source code ("jailbreaking").
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users.
Generate deepfakes, misinformation, or content intended to deceive.
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization (except White Label customers as permitted).

6.1 Prohibited High-Risk Uses

Axon is NOT designed or authorized for use in:

Critical infrastructure systems (power, water, transportation, emergency services)
Medical diagnosis, treatment decisions, or healthcare operations
Autonomous financial trading or investment decisions
Legal proceedings or compliance determinations without professional review
Any application where AI errors could result in death, injury, or significant harm

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

Inputs: You retain 100% ownership of the prompts, data, and content you provide to Axon.
Outputs: You own the AI-generated outputs created from your inputs.
License to Us: You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes (debugging, safety, service improvement).

7.2 Our Property

Axon, including its software, models, system prompts, fine-tuning, design, and branding, is owned by AI Jesus Bro.
You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

8. Subscription and Payment

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Refunds: Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Refund requests for exceptional circumstances may be considered at our discretion.
Failed Payments: If payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is received.

9. White Label Terms

If you subscribe to a White Label plan:

You may resell access to your sub-tenants under your own branding.
You are responsible for your sub-tenants' compliance with these Terms.
You must have your own terms of service and privacy policy agreements with your sub-tenants.
You must disclose to your sub-tenants that the Service is powered by AI.
Sub-tenant limits apply as specified in your plan (currently up to 10 sub-accounts).
You indemnify us for any claims arising from your sub-tenants' use of the Service.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of Axon is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10.1 AI Training

We do not use your proprietary business data or chat logs to train our foundational AI models. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve system safety, performance, and user experience.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE, MISSED DEADLINES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Jesus Bro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third party's rights
Any content you submit or actions taken through your account
Your sub-tenants' use of the Service (for White Label customers)

13. Termination

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms, non-payment, abuse, or fraudulent activity. We may terminate for convenience with 30 days notice.
Effect: Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately. We may delete your data after 30 days. You remain liable for any charges incurred before termination.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online services and digital commerce. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration organization, with the arbitration conducted in English. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Small claims court actions are permitted in your local jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Jesus Bro regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
